Saucony Ride 18 is a neutral volume training shoe that in this version has seen a significant quality improvement from its predecessor. Ride 18 is an uncomplicated, energetic, and lightweight volume training shoe that has been treated with PWRRUN+ foam in the midsole, which was previously in Triumph 20 and 21, elevating the shoe to a previously unseen high level. Ride 18 features an 8mm heel drop, in a lightweight package. The upper is made of breathable mesh, where extra large holes have been made on the side for airflow. The outsole is made of XT-900 which has been very successful on many of Saucony's other running shoes.
