• Scientifically proven formulation containing multiple transportable carbohydrates
• Reduce the risk of hyponatraemia & prolong glucose absorption
• Improve exercise performance & increase carbohydrate oxidation rates
• 50mg caffeine improves sprint, time trial and endurance performance as well as enhancing recovery rate

Optimal balance of maltodextrin and fructose (2:1). Numerous studies show that combining fructose with maltodextrin may improve exercise performance, maximising gastric emptying rate and increasing fluid absorption rate, delaying fatigue and delaying the onset of dehydration.

Balanced electrolyte formula, drawing sodium from Celtic sea salt and trisodium citrate alongside potassium chloride and calcium lactate, to optimise performance, reduce the risk of hyponatraemia and prolong glucose absorption.

Caffeine improves sprint, time trial and endurance exercise, increases fatty acid oxidation and spares muscle glycogen.

Caffeine increases exercise performance by reducing sensations of fatigue.

Fat-free, protein-free and fibre-free for fast gastric emptying, with a smooth texture that goes down easily at race intensity.

Consume 1 gel each hour during intense exercise when used in conjunction with Cadence Nutrition CarboFuel or Marathon drink as directed on our product page. Do not consume more than 10 sachets a day.
